Title I Aide - This position provides support to the classroom teacher and students in Title I programs, assisting in educational activities and helping students achieve academic success. The position focuses on providing individualized and small group instruction, reinforcing learning, and supporting students who are at risk academically. The Title I Aide plays a vital role in supporting the goals of Title I programs, which are designed to ensure that all students have the opportunity to obtain a high-quality education. This position will require training in Pathways to Reading. This training will be arranged and paid for by Roosevelt Elementary.
