Bus Riders: The Air Conditioning on the busses are unable to keep up with the extreme heat. You may pick your child up from their School at 3:15 during the extreme heat. Please call your child's school so the office can relay changes to the bus. Thank you for your understanding through this extreme season.
PSA: The PowerSchool app for parents/students is currently down all over the state, and a time of repair is unknown currently. If you need to view your student's schedule, please use the web browser version of PowerSchool. This can be found on the USD 431 website under PowerSchool-Parent/Student. It has been brought to the attention of the district that our new online payment provider, eFunds for Schools, is not functioning properly nationwide and their IT staff are looking into the issue. If you can't get in to make a payment for enrollment, please be patient and try again at a later time. Check here for updates as progress is made.
REMINDER: Online Enrollment opens tomorrow, July 17th, and will be open through Wednesday August 9th for all new and returning students to USD 431. Reminder from USD 431: Students 7th through 12th grades out for athletics will need their KSHSAA sports Physical and Concussion Form. Check for all places to sign by both the parent and student. Turn those in ASAP.

The Blood Drive Scheduled for Hoisington High School has been moved to Hoisington Lincoln Elementary for today June 21st. This Blood Drive will run between 12:30 pm to 6:30 pm. From the Hoisington Public Library: Hoisington Post Office is one of the post offices in the state of Kansas that has art painted in the 1930s. Learn all about it and others in “A New Deal for Public Art in the Free State,” by Kara Heitz at 10 a.m. June 17.
