Please make sure your physical, concussion form and emergency contact are in the office prior to going to practice.
If your student has not viewed the concussion training they must do so before practicing.

1. Equipment Checkout is Thursday 15th @ 10:30am for 8th grade, 11:00am for 7th grade.
----Physical packet must be turned in to get equipment.
2. First practice is Monday August 19th @ 3:00-5:30pm
3. Parent meeting will be Wednesday August 21st @ 6pm after Back 2 School BBQ at HMS

There will be a KAY meeting for all 7th and 8th grade members on Monday, August 12th from
11:00 AM- 12:00 PM in P. Smith's room. Please message her through email or Class Dojo to RSVP.
HMS: The office will be open Monday-Friday 7AM- 3PM.
If you ordered a yearbook they are available. Incoming Freshman your yearbooks have been taken to Hoisington High School.
Please remember to bring your physical packets completed to the Hoisington Middle School Office in order to participate in your first practice on the 19th. Football Players must have them in prior to receiving their equipment.

Junior Cardinal Club Parent Organization (MS parent organization) will be holding its opening meeting August 14th @ 6:30 PM at the HMS Cafeteria.

HMS Activies:
Per KSHSAA Guidelines all students participating in activities or athletics must view a concussion video. We will be giving several opportunities for students to do this to avoid missing instructional time during practice. Please have your child attend one of the following times:
August 5th 9AM
August 9th 11am
August 12th 9am
August 15th 9am
HMS Physical packets must be turned in prior to first practices on August 19th. They can be brought to the Middle School office.
