HMS Activies:
Per KSHSAA Guidelines all students participating in activities or athletics must view a concussion video. We will be giving several opportunities for students to do this to avoid missing instructional time during practice. Please have your child attend one of the following times:

HMS Physical packets must be turned in prior to first practices on August 19th. They can be brought to the Middle School office.
HMS: Football Equipment checkout will be August 15th

All physicals, concussion forms and emergency contacts must be turned in to get equipment.
