HMS: Football Practice/Scrimmage will be from 8AM-10AM tomorrow 8/26/2023 @ Hoisington Middle School. If you plan to come bring your own seat and remember to not interfere with the coaches and the process.
Lets' Get Ready for Game WEEK!
Hoisington Middle School is participating in the Food 4 Kids program. This program is designed to help students in need have food to get them through the weekend. Please review the following stipulations for your student to remain in the program:
This food is provided by the Kansas Food Bank, and is meant to be eaten at home by students in need.
If your student receives multiple bags, it is meant for their siblings and not to be shared with their classmates.
Bags should be taken home each week and not left in lockers.
Failure to follow these rules will result in removal from the program.
If you would like your student to benefit from this program, please contact Katelyn Milsap at kmilsap@usd431.net or 620-653-4951 ext. 3023. If at any time in the year you no longer wish to receive bags, please request removal from the program as soon as possible.

HMS: Parents there is a secretary in the Middle School office from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. if your student is going to be absent for the day please call in by 9:00 a.m. or before.
Bus Riders: The Air Conditioning on the busses are unable to keep up with the extreme heat. You may pick your child up from their School at 3:15 during the extreme heat. Please call your child's school so the office can relay changes to the bus.

HMS: Football practice will be at Lincoln Elementary after school 3:15-5:15. we are moving inside due to the continued high temperature in the evening.
This will be the plan for Today (8/22/23) and Tomorrow (8/23/23). we will continue to evaluate for Thursday
HMS: Football Practice will be at the Middle School plan to be ready to start at 7.
HMS: Looking for Volleyball gear. Place your order by Wednesday the 23rd!

HMS: Football will be practicing at 7 pm Mon-Wed this week to combat the heat.
Practice will be at the HS field
Saturday practice at the high school field as well at 8-10am
PSA: The PowerSchool app for parents/students is currently down all over the state, and a time of repair is unknown currently. If you need to view your student's schedule, please use the web browser version of PowerSchool. This can be found on the USD 431 website under PowerSchool-Parent/Student. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this issue.

Back to School BBQ Wednesday 8/16 @ 5pm-7pm. We will start with a welcome in the gym.
