We will have Clara Barton Medical Clinic will be at Roosevelt on October 4th in the morning for vaccines. I have attached the form that your can return to Roosevelt by September 20th if your child is needing any vaccines. Thank you for your support and cooperation!
This Thursday and Friday evenings we at USD 431 would like to welcome you to the updated Elton Brown Field and Bill Kimble Track. The field is complete and we take great pride in the partnership with ATG to provide our athletes and community with such a fine surface.
We are not yet completely finished with the Track and surface. Although it is safe to walk and stand on please be careful not to dig into the surface. In the coming weeks they will be putting the top coat on the track, giving the track a red top surface with grey exchange zones. Then to put the finishing touches on the track they will be back one last time to paint the lanes and other markings on the track and runways.
As we move forward, please understand this has been a long process which we would like to see last the for many years to come. Please do your best to take care of and ask your children to assist in taking care of this facility.

HEPA is reaching out to get baked goods donations for the School Bash on Monday, September 4th. If you are willing to donate, please contact Amber Crawford at 620-617-1345. All baked goods can be dropped off at the City Building at Noon on Monday September 4th. Thank you for your donation!
Jr. Cardinal Cheer Clinic forms will be distributed today at the schools. Forms are due by September 8th to guarantee a T-shirt. All information for dates and times will be on the form.

This is just confirmation that all buses are running. If you have a child on the rural routes that travel out of town, you may want to pick them up if you are able to due to the heat and buses air conditioning not being able to keep up. Thank you!
Bus Riders: The Air Conditioning on the busses are unable to keep up with the extreme heat. You may pick your child up from their School at 3:15 during the extreme heat. Please call your child's school so the office can relay changes to the bus.
